I’m Shona, The Everyday Strong Coach.

Since 2016, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals unlock their potential through the Everyday Strong Blueprint.

With a background in High-Performance Sport & a Master’s in Sports Psychology, I’m passionate about helping everyday people feel stronger, fitter, faster, and more confident.

But I get it. In 2017, I put myself last. I felt frustrated, lost, and out of energy. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, trying every training method and diet without making progress.

That’s why I created The Everyday Strong Blueprint: it’s the program I needed back then. It’s designed to help you break free from feeling average and embrace a mindset focused on performance, strength, and sustainable routines.

My Mission: Build a SQUAD of everyday athletes! Strong, resilient, and confident individuals who perform at their best all year round, full of energy to take on every challenge life throws their way. All without being consumed by the number on the scale.

You will only ever be one message away from getting the help & support you need. You will be able to message and speak with me on the phone along side the support of the community group as well. Every week we will review your progress at the end of the week, any changes needed will be made and logged. You will be held to a higher standard than you could ever hold yourself and we will ensure you are held accountable for the actions that will achieve your goals.
