Let me introduce myself..

My name is Shona, I am The Everyday Strong Coach!

Since 2016, I have transformed 100's of lives both in person and online with the Everyday Strong Blueprint!

Coming from a background of High Performance Sport & a Sports Psychology Masters I have always been passionate about training, improving performance and changing lives.

In 2017 I dropped myself to the bottom of the priority list. Became frustrated, low on confidence & ultimately lost myself. So I get it. I know what it is like to know you have more to give, yet are stuck in a negative frustrated cycle, trying every training split & diet under the sun without getting anywhere.

So, I created The Everyday Strong Blueprint because it is what I needed back then! It is designed to help you step out the shadow of AVERAGE to leave low confidence behind & finally find the energy, strength and performance that is life changing!

My Mission: Create a SQAUD of STRONG of individuals with undeniable strength, who can perform at the top of their game all year round, with bags of energy to thrive in all areas of life - without hyper focusing on the scale!

You will only ever be one message away from getting the help & support you need. You will be able to message and speak with me on the phone along side the support of the community group as well. Every week we will review your progress at the end of the week, any changes needed will be made and logged. You will be held to a higher standard than you could ever hold yourself and we will ensure you are held accountable for the actions that will achieve your goals.
